Campbells grows funds practice with two hires

Law firm Campbells has added two attorneys to the firm’s growing investment funds practice.

Susan Lock, formerly of Ogier, has joined Campbells as a partner; Jonathan Law was formerly a partner with Harneys.

Lock advises on the structuring and establishment of investment funds and their regulation and operation. She also advises on cross-border corporate finance and M&A transactions. Lock has considerable experience in the jurisdiction having been admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2006.

Law has considerable experience advising a range of clients from fund managers to administrators and investors on all aspects of establishing, operating and participating in offshore fund structures; as well as extensive experience advising on trade and acquisition finance transactions. Law was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2004.
