The Cayman office of offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes has hired Jennifer Parsons as counsel within the firm's Corporate and Investment Funds practices.
She joins from Ogier where she had worked for seven years.
Parsons is a specialist in the establishment and ongoing operations of investment funds, Cayman Islands' Companies Law and corporate governance. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and regulatory law.
