Cayman search company investigated by securities litigation firm

US Securities litigation firm Levi & Korsinsky has commenced an investigation of Qunar Cayman Island, the operator of a search-based platform, concerning possible violations of federal securities laws by certain officers and directors.

On January 4, 2016, Qunar announced changes to its management and board of directors, effective that day. Zhenyu Chen, executive vice president and head of mobile business group, Qunar, is succeeding Chenchao Zhuang as chief executive officer.

Xiaolu Zhu, senior director of strategy and investor relations, Qunar, is succeeding Yilu Zhao as chief financial officer, and Qiang Zhang, executive vice president and head of destination services business group, Qunar, is assuming the role of chief operating officer.

Qunar stock was down 3.39 percent on intraday trading the following business day.
