Maples Fund Services seeks growth in North America

Maples Fund Services, the global fund services provider and division of MaplesFS, has appointed Brendan Tyne as head of business development for North America.

Tyne was most recently the managing director of the North American business of a global private equity and real estate fund administrator. Prior to that, he held various sales and relationship management positions, focusing on capital raising and managing institutional and high net worth client relationships for hedge fund and fund-of-funds managers.

Maples Fund Services now has more than $76 billion in assets under administration. Tyne will work closely with Tyler Kim, global head of Maples Fund Services, to drive the growth of the fund administration business.

"Brendan brings a wealth of industry knowledge and practical experience that will immediately enhance our value proposition to clients," said Kim. "Through the design and delivery of innovative solutions, we will further expand our business in North America and continue to evolve our service offering to address emerging needs."
