GRADA Tokenized Fund Administration (GTFA), a subsidiary of Global Risk and Data Authority, has selected the Titan Platform, delivered by Advanced Alternative Investment Systems, to service managers working on cryptocurrencies and initial coin offerings (ICOs).
The Titan Platform is an all-in-one, cloud-based portfolio accounting, general ledger, and transfer agency/income allocation platform that has been built from the ground up by seasoned fund administration accountants for the last 12 years.
The Titan Platform has the broad functionality that GTFA will be using to perform its fund administration services. It will allow for the validation of blockchain wallets, confirmation of KYC/AML on issued tokens and full multicurrency accounting for underlying investments.
The platform’s RTA/income allocation functionality also includes FATCA/CRS regulatory filing capabilities, and customizable compliance templates. The system includes a sanctions name-checking centre that allows the user to click on any potential matches so they can see immediately what the matches are, and the platform boasts a robust and flexible reporting system which will send investor statements out in a variety of ways, including to a portal that clients can white label as their own.
Bob Taylor, head of corporate development for GTFA, said: “Given the potential for significant transaction volumes, breadth of products, and need for scale, Titan was the perfect choice for us. Ultimately, it was Titan’s combination of technology, expertise in supporting complex businesses, strong client relationships and flexible service model that led to our decision to partner Titan with the GRADA Oracle.”
Michelle Morgan, director of Advanced Alternative Investment Systems, said: “We’re very happy to be working with GRADA Tokenized Fund Administration. There is a huge demand right now for tokenized fund administration and we’re pleased to offer a full technology solution that will allow our clients to take advantage of this environment.”
