The Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) has appointed Eva Holt as deputy head of listings and compliance.

In this role, Holt assumes responsibility for supervising and processing listing applications and ensuring compliance among existing participants with the exchange’s listing rules and procedures.

She joins the CSX from Walkers’ Jersey office, where she was head of listings and a member of the finance and corporate group. Prior to this, she was with Mourant’s Jersey office for five years.

“Ms Holt maintains the long standing practice of having first class expertise available to all users of the exchange to facilitate the listing process,” said Valia Theodoraki, chief executive officer, CSX. “Her experience, gained through her previous roles, and her specialised knowledge of corporate finance make her a welcome addition to the team as the exchange continues to grow and diversify.”

Holt added: “This is a good opportunity for me to further advance my experience in listing companies and structures on the CSX. I have seen continued interest in the exchange and its capabilities throughout my career and look forward to contributing to its continued growth and development in my new role.”
