Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has added to its trusts and private wealth practice in the Cayman Islands with the appointment of counsel Chris Duncan.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Duncan had been with another offshore firm for the past seven years, working in both its litigation and international trusts and private client teams.
His experience also includes a background in commercial litigation, where he has acted on a range of financial services litigation, regulatory matters and investigations centred on the exchange of tax information in recent years.
