Corporate finance advisor Duff & Phelps Corporation has completed its acquisition of Kinetic Partners, a financial services advisory firm with an office in the Cayman Islands.
As a result of this transaction, Duff & Phelps will create a dedicated financial regulatory and compliance practice.
In addition to the regulatory and compliance practice, Kinetic Partners’ corporate recovery, forensic and tax practices will also join Duff & Phelps.
The Kinetic Partners’ audit practice is not included in the transaction and remains separate from Duff & Phelps.
