Walkers promotes three to partner on Cayman


Law firm Walkers has promoted ten lawyers to partner across its global network including three in the Cayman Islands.

Dorothy Crumbley has been made partner, investment funds; Barnaby Gowrie, partner, insolvency & dispute resolution; and James Melen, partner, investment funds.

The other promotions comprised: Oliver Clifton, partner, insolvency & dispute resolution in British Virgin Islands; Gayle Bowen, partner, investment, Dublin; Aaron McGarry, partner, finance & corporate, Dublin; David McGovern, partner, finance & corporate, Dublin; Paul Aherne, partner, finance & corporate, Hong Kong; Tim Haynes, partner, insolvency & dispute resolution, Hong Kong; and Robert Foote, partner, insolvency & dispute resolution, Singapore.

The firm also promoted five associates across its network to the role of senior counsel. This included Nicholas Pattman, senior counsel, investment funds, on the Cayman Islands.
