Conyers Dill & Pearman employees Alan Dickson and Cora Miller have been called to the bar of the Cayman Islands.

Prior to relocating to the Cayman, Dickson was head of the Singapore office. Miller relocated to Conyers’ Cayman office from the BVI office and she will continue to service her clients in both jurisdictions.

“We are delighted that Alan and Cora have been admitted to the Cayman bar,” said Kevin Butler, partner and head of the Cayman Office. “We are pleased to welcome Cora to the Cayman team, alongside Alan who joined us in August. Their expertise will bolster our corporate practice in the jurisdiction, whilst ensuring that we continue to provide a first-class offering to our clients across the globe.”

Dickson’s practice encompasses many areas of corporate and commercial law, with particular experience in securities law, private equity, investment funds and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises public and private companies in a wide range of financings and restructurings.

Miller’s practice covers all areas of corporate and finance with particular focus on banking, corporate reorganisations, merger and acquisitions, mining, oil and gas, aircraft financing, vessel registrations, continuations, joint ventures and regulatory governance. She advises corporations, financial institutions and investment managers on cross border and multi-jurisdictional aspects of their transactions.
