R&H Restructuring appoints new director

R&H Restructuring has announced that Claire Loebell has joined its senior management team as a Director in the Cayman Islands office.

Loebell brings with her a wealth of experience having over 16 years of formal insolvency experience including liquidations, receiverships and administrations covering multiple jurisdictions.

Her experience has a particular focus on financial services and she has advised investor groups, investment managers, directors and other stakeholders on the wind down of fund structures in both contentious and non-contentious situations. Loebell has regularly been appointed as a Liquidator by the Grand Court in the Cayman Islands.

Rawlinson & Hunter partner, Alan Milgate, said: “We are delighted to have Claire join the R&H Restructuring team, especially at this exciting time in the evolution of the group. She is a stand out due to the breadth of her expertise and her ability to perform at a high level in a broad range of practice areas. This, coupled with her excellent reputation and network, makes Claire a valuable addition to the R&H Restructuring team as we continue to grow the Rawlinson & Hunter Cayman Islands service offering.”
R&H Restructuring, formerly RHSW Caribbean, includes R&H Restructuring (Cayman) Ltd. and R&H Restructuring (BVI) Ltd., both affiliates of Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands.

Loebell added: “I am very excited about the opportunity to join the R&H Restructuring team in Cayman. The depth of Rawlinson & Hunter’s expertise, particularly in trusts and directorships, combined with the ability of the R&H Restructuring team to deliver on a wide range of flexible solutions really attracted me to the role. I am looking forward to contributing to the practice and delivering innovative solutions to structures in periods of dispute or wind down.”
