Ogier has boosted its restructuring and insolvency practice with the appointment of Marc Kish as a partner in its Cayman Islands team.

Kish joins Ogier’s Caribbean/Asia dispute resolution team led by partner Rachael Reynolds, which also includes partners Ulrich Payne in Cayman, Brian Lacy and Nicholas Burkill in BVI, and Ray Ng and Oliver Payne in Hong Kong.

Kish is a specialist in contentious restructuring and insolvency, fraud and asset-tracing and general commercial litigation. His experience spans matters involving investment banks, multinational corporations and financial services professionals from a large number of onshore and offshore jurisdictions.

Reynolds said: “Ogier is regularly instructed on high profile, major insolvency cases and we are delighted that Marc brings such strength in international restructuring and insolvency work.

“As we continue to grow our team with key hires we are focusing on attracting senior, experienced litigators and advocates who are able to assist on the complex, international matters on which we are regularly instructed.”
