Estera, a provider of global fiduciary and administration services with a big presence in the Cayman Islands, has acquired Guernsey-based Morgan Sharpe Administration and rebranded the business.
The deal will see Morgan Sharpe, rebranded under the Estera name to become Estera Administration (Guernsey).
