Dillon Eustace gets go-ahead as listing agent

28-04-2015

Law firm Dillon Eustace has been given the green light by the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) to act as a listing agent.

Dillon Eustace said the new listings service will provide its clients with access to the expertise of both Cayman and Irish listing teams at the firm.

It also means that the law firm has access to a much wider investor base, as well as providing third party oversight on all transactions.

Matt Mulry, partner at Dillon Eustace, Cayman Islands, said: “The CSX has developed an established and reputable system for admitting the securities of a wide range of investment funds to its listing platform, and is now recognised as a central part of the institutional structure of the world’s leading offshore domicile for investment funds.

“We’ve been fully operational here since 2012, and this will only serve to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our listings service. Flexibility and transparency are key requirements for our client base, and as a recognised listing agent on CSX, we can offer further assurances on both.”
