Stephen Nelson, a senior associate at offshore law firm Collas Crill, has been promoted to partner.
Nelson, who has been with the firm since 2007, is based in Cayman but is on a five-month secondment in Singapore until May. He works within the Investment Funds and Corporate & Commercial departments with a focus on investment funds and corporate finance.
He advises investment managers on fund formation, registration with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and listing on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.
The promotion takes the overall number of Collas Crill partners across five jurisdictions to 31.
