The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) announced that Brighton SPC, one of the investment vehicles of Belvedere Management Group, was placed into official liquidation with Messrs on October 6, 2015.
Simon Conway and David Walker of PwC Corporate Finance & Recovery (Cayman) were appointed as joint official liquidators, Messrs.
Conway and Walker were the joint controllers of Brighton as appointed by the Authority on 1 June 2015.
CIMA has also cancelled Brighton’s mutual fund registration.
