Cayman Finance to host New York seminar

19-12-2013

Cayman Finance will host a breakfast seminar in New York City on Tuesday January14, 2014, which Wayne Panton, Minister of Financial Services, will attend.

The event will provide an opportunity for Cayman entities and their clients to have a first-hand account of how Cayman Finance and the Government see the industry progressing in 2014.

Cayman Finance CEO Gonzalo Jalles said he is delighted to see the relationship between Cayman’s public and private sectors strengthen in this way.

“In November this year Cayman Finance and the Ministry of Financial Services signed a Memorandum of Understanding that formalised our relationship, solidifying the work already undertaken between our two entities in the previous months leading up to the agreement,” he confirmed.

“This seminar will give some of Cayman’s most important clients access to representatives from both the Ministry and Cayman Finance itself, offering them the chance to understand how we operate as a single voice promoting the jurisdiction worldwide.  It will be a unique networking opportunity that should not be missed.”

The seminar will take place at the St. Regis Hotel, New York, 2 East 55th Street at Fifth Avenue.
