08-09-2016

Three of Ogier’s lawyers have been included in the Citywealth Future Leaders list which identifies the top upcoming talent in the private wealth industry.

The list of 100 rising stars under 40 is compiled from editorial research and recommendations from peers, charities and UHNW clients.

The three Ogier lawyers to make the list are Josephine Howe, managing associate in the private client and trusts team, Sevyn Kalsi, senior associate in the private client and trusts team and Fraser Allister, associate in the private client and trusts team.

Josephine and Sevyn are based in Jersey, and Fraser works in Ogier’s Cayman office.

Ed Mackereth, Ogier’s global managing partner, said that he was delighted to see the recognition for the young talent in the Ogier team.

He said: “Our firm invests heavily in and values its people, and it’s enormously gratifying to see our employees recognised for their development and success.

“The industry leaders over the next few years will need a different set of skills and attributes, technical expertise is a given, but we also need to be tech savvy, innovative and collaborative and each of Josephine, Sevyn and Fraser have been recognised for these qualities.

“I’m particularly pleased that this recognition comes from independent research and recommendations from peers, charities and clients.”
